New Travel Format

I’m wondering why Airbnb has changed the traveler search to have to put in dates before you can look at places to stay. A lot of us don’t have a specific date. As hosts we want to be visible to all travelers. If they like our place they may change their travel dates around. This way we miss out on potential travelers and they miss out on seeing all there is to offer. The old format allowed a filter to allow specific dates. It seems that would be a better option for all.

I totally agree with you! The new search format has really brought my business down. There’s no way you shouldn’t be able to search without having dates. A lot of my guests chose me because they were just looking around and liked what they saw. They took the days that I had available. I want the old search format back before all my business dries up.
