I listed the spare room in my flat only yesterday and have had 3 enquiries already. One for 3 weeks. I was pretty happy about it, but then I noticed they're all men and none of them have reviews. Is that weird?
The person who wants to book for 3 weeks sent this:
'My name is XXXXX (Istanbul, Turkey, 35) and I am working as a strategy & business development manager in a Istanbul based company. Moreover, I have established a consulting company in England and will be in there between 12th April - 8th May to extend my current visa.
I am looking for a room during this period. I am very clean and tidy person. Moreover, I look after the room at least as much as my room.
Is there a chance to make a discount for me?

Is there anything I can ask to verify him? I had a really terrible experience a few years ago renting my room out, so I am being very cautious.
Any help and advise would be appreciated.
