No compensation for loss of bookings.

Hello I thought that we would get no cancellation fees between April and end of may, I had a booking, for June ,yesterday  my guest cancelled because of Covid 19, I had a strict cancellation policy, but I received nothing. So does this mean that cancellation after may 31, still goes on and we receive nothing.? Also I haven’t had 25 percent given to me, when will this start.?

@Franca67 there is no specific date for the payout, it is still very much up in the air. You may get 25% of the otherwise 50% you would have gotten under your strict cancellation policy. There are already many, many threads on the forum regarding this issue.

I think there was mention of 'early April' in some of the earlier communication. Is the 15th April still early April??? ...I'm still waiting and think we will be for a long time until Airbnb think of an exciting and innovative way to get out of making any payments.
