I have a voucher given top me for a cancelled holiday due to covid that expires in December, but for some reason its been made inactive when using it to book somewhere.
-I messaged support in the app and was passed on to someone higher up but haven't received a reply to any messages in 21 days.
-I messaged twitter account but received bot response of sorry its been escalated.
-I rang them 3 times and they hang up on me soon as i mention voucher.
What should I do next?
