No response from Airbnb Support

No response from Airbnb Support

I have set a rule of no booking on 1 night prior and 1 night after a guest has checked in/out..however, the system allowed for a new booking on 8th Jan 2022, on the same day as the previous guest is checking out. I have been promised by the support team that the matter will be resolved but it has been 4 days now and nobody responded despite me asking for help/update everyday.

I just need Airbnb to be fair to  the guest and resolve this quickly so they can make other plans.  It's not right to ignore  even when you don't have solutions yet.
