No show reservation

Guest didn't show up for his 2-night reservation and didn't respond to my request confirming his check-in. We are still holding his room, although other potential guests are asking to book the listings. Couldn't find any tools on Airbnb to report this issue and to resolve it. Now the room is blocked for the second night, although no one is checking in. What should I do?

@California-Dreams0  The only thing that's necessary to do with a no-show guest is write a message via Airbnb messenger, so there is an accessible record in the system confirming that the guest was not on your property. You still get your payout as normal since the booking wasn't canceled, so there's no reason to take any further action.
