Hi! Anyone experience not being able to get a hold of a guest and the reservation has not been cancelled? When I try to message them through the Airbnb app- I get this message: something went wrong with your request, for lease try again later.
I have tried multiple times, on different days and receive the same message. I have no idea if they are checking in, know how to check in or anything.

@Kristin925 Have you tried through your desktop instead? Is anything else within the app not working properly? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app? How about calling the guest? If all else fails, contact Airbnb.
