Hi all,
I'm seeing, by chance, messages from guests in the Airbnb app, but I'm not receiving notification in any way--not by email, phone message, and i wouldn't even know the message was there unless I go into the messages on the Airbnb app.
Am I doing something wrong?
I thought I used to get notified of messages via email, phone message, etc..?

For some reason that none of us understand, account preferences change on this platform. If you haven't done this already, go to your profile, select account and select notifications to see that what you want is still in place. Hope this helps.
Am facing same problem as Nicole, took steps recommended by Linda - still NO results!
I missed 3 bookings earlier on in October as I never saw the booking requests and to add insult to injury, I also lost my Superhost status for failing to respond!
It is a pain having to check Airbnb website 3 times daily for fear of missing anything.
Airbnb Customer Services/Helpline is non existent or not interested.
What should I do next? HELP please! TIA
