Not getting texts or push notifications on confirmed reservations
Since day 1 (about 3 weeks now), I do not get push notifications or texts on confirmed bookings. I have called at least 5 times and still no help on getting this corrected. I wonder if the call center even passes along our problems. I get all notifications on messages ,etc. but not on confirmations which is btw one of the most important notifications we need. It is evidently a programming issue but I guess the programmers/techs are not getting the message.
