Owner Died, how to cancel future reservations?

Hi,

I manage a vacation rental for one person, and he has passed away.  The trustee has asked that we cancel all reservations further out than 2/29/2020.  Does anyone have experience with this? 

I have a death certificate but don't know who to contact & am also wanting to make sure that my ratings don't go down for canceling the three reservations in March/April.

Just call airbnb, explain, send the document and ask them to cancel the reservations.
