PHONE SUPPOSRT IS A JOKE

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have tried to solve a problem with their accounting. When I get through to a human it is always someone working from home, in a foreign country with lots and lots of background noise. Between the noise and the accent I can pick up about 1/3  of their words. When I finally (after 30+ minutes) get my question across they are clueless! Promise to have someone call back "within 2 hours" and that never happens. Anyone else experience this or have a solution to the communication problem?

@Eric5277  Phoning is the worst way to try to get help. Unless it's an emergency situation, it's much better to use their messaging system or contact them through their Twitter account.
