In october airbnb canceled my guest reservation two days after he made the check in and they said he get full refund but the guest didnt accept to pay cash cause he said i have make the payment once . So i spoke with airbnb specialist and they decided to give me full refund . But the payout is still pending in transaction history since 22 october . I have cotact airbnb support and they said that my payout has been released but nothing

Thanks Dale but i have tried to many times .They all sad i will conecct you with a ambassador .But i spoke 4 days before with a specialist in London and dhe said to me that my payout is released but nothing
