@Zach376 New listings get a temporary, artificial boost in the search results for the first few weeks after they go live. At some unspecified point, that boost expires, so you can generally expect views to deflate to a more normal pattern. The view count displayed in your dashboard is never quite accurate (considering it's common for it to show as zero even on dates when new bookings come in) so its value as a performance metric is probably not so great.
