Phishing SMS immediately after sending PM to host

I just sent a message to a host for the first time in over a year to look into a place.  Not 5 minutes after I get a SMS from a short code phishing.  

How did this bot know that I just started back up on AirBnB?  Is there a leak somewhere?

Unfortunately it might be a bit difficult for us here to dig into this with you, since we do not have access to your account and cannot check what happened. Have you had a chance to discuss it with the Support team, in case they could confirm whether it was a legitimate Airbnb text, or the opposite and if so look into it?
