@Leif39 You have posted this on the community forum- it's a discussion forum for hosts and guests, not Airbnb customer service. No one here has access to your account.
If you need to close your listing for awhille, you can snooze it, delist it, or just block the dates on the calendar. You can do this yourself.
I don't know what you mean by "cancel our agreement" but if you mean cancel upcoming bookings, you'll have to deal with Airbnb customer service, and you will be penalized for cancelling.
By the way, your listings are rather strange. Only one of them shows the interiors of the cabins, almost all your photos are outdoor shots. I would have no idea what the insides of the cabins look like, what the sleeping arrangements look like, etc. Nor do you describe the accommodations in your listing description. I would change your photo gallery and edit your descriptions before you open your listings to bookings again. (And make the beds up nice for the photos, not just show them with the mattress pads and sheets folded on top)
You also have very low cleanliness ratings on all your listings. It would be a good idea to make sure the cabins are well-cleaned.
You have to keep your listing and your calender up to date yourself.
If you do not want bookings for a certain time perod, then snooze the listing(s):

Or block al dates on the calender for that time period.
(then you still can receive bookings starting after that time period)
