Pre arrival details

Hi, weve had our first booking via air bnb which is great but when we take private bookings we email out a pre arrival document which details how to find us, how to check in etc etc. Our first guest arrives in 7 days is there a way to email this document to the guest.

You've got their number, so why not connect via WhatsApp and send the doc? That's a sure-fire way (usually) of seeing if they're received/opened it, @Ben4512.
