Thanks for posting about this - we saw this issue emerge on a few other threads and I'm pleased to say that it should now be fixed. You will just need to update to the latest version of the app (20.33).
@Debra300 's advice to access your account via another means is a great interim solution though, so do bear this in mind if you get any further issues, and please do report the issue via this link.
Hopefully this fixes the issue, but if you get any more problems then please let me know 😊
