Problems setting up new account

Hi all I am not new to this game but I am new to Air. I have got as far as the nightly rate page, done description, done photos. Cannot move on. This is the most frustrating set up I have ever encountered!!!!!!!. Please can some one tell me where I am going wrong? I need to move on and get this sorted. TIA

Is there anywhere where I can see the progress of my listing before I publish? Sorry it just sucks!
