Three times this week guests would sending me an inquiring about an open date. Even when the date was open, when the guest went to book it the Airbnb system would not allow them to. The Instant Book setting is ON in my settings. A couple of days ago when I was able to contact support they noticed a problem on the guest side, but even after the problem was corrected the Airbnb system would still not allow the guest to make the reservation. I have lost three potential reservations at this time. Has any other Host experience this problem ?
This problem is very frustrating as phone support is now offline. I would think with today's technology Airbnb would have been set up allowing the support people the ability to help customers from home in the event they could not make it in to work or a disaster would take down their center. extended period for any reason.
