Problems with Web Hosting

I've been working for 1.5 hours and have yet to receive the warning "Warning: Server port is not accessible from the internet." Here's a rundown of what I've tried:

I used TCP and the port 1234 to enable port forwarding on my router.

I used TCP and the port 1234 to enable port forwarding on my Xfinity modem.

TCP port 1234 has a rule on my firewall.

Both the router and the modem were restarted.

I updated the firmware on my router and re-enabled port forwarding with the same settings as before.

Is there something I'm overlooking? I'm at a loss for words.

You are aware that this is a hosting forum on the Airbnb community center?

I know sometimes Airbnb can seem like a telecom, but honestly, I suspect you'd be more successful by contacting technical support for your internet provider.
