Protection of Host

I have been  Hosting for two years. I've had wonderful Airbnb guest and Corporate guest.

I recently had 2 Airbnb guest that wanted to scam the system Airbnb has in place. The 1st guest didn't listen to instruction on how to unlock door.  I offered to send back up to unlock door. the guest was unreasonable. Then became irate and treated property, so I refunded.  This last guest pretended to be "me" and cancelled, lied to say there were "extenuating circumstances" like there wasn't another bedroom?

Wouldn't 14 other guest have said something by now??  Airbnb took guest side, suspended our listing, and allowed guest to write a false review damaging our reputation. I did a check on guest, she moved 10 times with 5 alias. She just didn't want to pay for cancelling so late. We've had every nationality with awesome reviews, we try hard to be reasonable. Why should we be allowed to be punished by scammers and reviews by guest that haven't stayed?
