Question About Damage Report

Hey! This post is intended for hosts who have had to charge their guests for damages. We have recently been accused of damages we did not do, and getting charged a good amount for it. One thing that stood out to us in the report was the “Date of Report” section.

Does Date of Report mean when the incident happened? Or when the host filed the report?
