Rates and Availability

I am receiving reservations for dates where I have not allocated rates or availability from our PMS.

 

There are 3 reservations and one of them is for peak season.  I see that if I cancel this one these is a $50 fee and it gets put on our page.

I don’t want this to happen.  What can I do with this specific one (res: HM4PEMSAPA).  The rate is too low for our penthouse.

 

The rates and availability has now been updated in our PMS which is now sent to Airbnb.  

 

Your assistance would appreciated if anyone has experienced this before.

@Faldelah0 you maybe need to check your Airbnb booking settings as I assume it has automatically opened up dates based on a certain lead-time (set by yourself)
