Disappointed with this whole platform . I keep taking the smart pricing off and every time I go back into see what’s going on it’s back on and had to turn down to reservation because the pricing was incorrect. Tried getting help but customer service in the Philippines has no idea how to use the program .it could take hours for them to even get back to you . Airbnb was good to use for travel but to host terrible service overall.

Your listing shows an average price of $300,- a night, with a minimum stay of 30 nights. You offer a 10% monthy discount. So for 30 nights the price is $8100,- + cleaning fee $500,- (+ for the guest the  Airbnb Guest service fee). You payout of $8600,- will be decreased by the Host Service fee (3%)
