Refunding

Yesterday I can't made the checking in the airbnb that I rented because the keys were not in the key box and I had to find another accommodation 

 

How can I get a refund from the host?

Did you contact the host when you couldn't get in?

 

If so, did they reply at all?


Did you contact Airbnb to let them know there was a problem.

 

If so,  and the host didn't answer or offer to help resolve the issue, you will have a record of the problem and can contact Airbnb for a refund.

Hi all!

 

In the end, I contacted Airbnb and I could explain what happened and after a long talk, they could solve my issue. I got the refund of the first nights and everything worked smoothly after that.
