Refunds

I want to give a refund for a guest who was unable to stay with us because of a family tragedy. How can I do that?

Is the reservation already 'completed' or is it still upcoming? When the guest cancels the reservation, you will have the option to issue a full refund or proceed based on your cancelation policy. Choose to fully refund. Do not cancel on your own. The guest needs to cancel from their end or you/the guest can call Airbnb to assist in the cancelation.
