@Paige12 This is what you are not getting. Once you open yourself up to guests thinking they can have visitors, you are at the mercy of how the guest interprets that.
"A few people over for dinner" turns into an extra 15 people, loud music, rowdy behavior, "well, they had too much to drink, so it was safer if they spent the night".
So you can continue to have these issues if you insist on letting guests have "gatherings", complete with house trashing, irate neighbors and bad revenge reviews, or you can make a rule that only the guests who are on the booking have access to the property. Your choice, but you can't have it both ways.
