Removing a bad review after Guest throws a party and breaks rules

We are besides ourselves in disappointment and frustration after having tried over and over again to get Airbnb to remove a bad review which was posted by a recent guest who was upset about us having intervened after he threw a party with approximately 25 people breaking both Airbnb's own No Party Rules and our own. We get passed from one Airbnb rep to another with no success and regardless of getting turned down we get no explanation as to why they are ignoring their own policy for reviews by guests who do either of those things to be subject for removal.   It's really outrageous.

@Paige12  This is what you are not getting. Once you open yourself up to guests thinking they can have visitors, you are at the mercy of how the guest interprets that.

"A few people over for dinner" turns into an extra 15 people, loud music, rowdy behavior, "well, they had too much to drink, so it was safer if they spent the night".

So you can continue to have these issues if you insist on letting guests have "gatherings",  complete with house trashing, irate neighbors and bad revenge reviews, or you can make a rule that only the guests who are on the booking have access to the property. Your choice, but  you can't have it both ways.

Thank you for everyone's comments and guidance with all of this. We really appreciate it and if I failed to directly reply to anyone directly, please understand it was unintentional and not in avoidance at all.
