That was rather nasty and uncalled for @Mike-And-Jane0 

The property management were clearly at fault here for not cleaning properly and not having adequate heating.

@Tajinder2  I think you have been more than reasonable with the conditions encountered at this listing. This is one of the reasons it's not that advisable to book places run by big management companies as opposed to hands-on hosts who will be quickly responsive to any issues. 

What is your purpose in posting this here, though? This is a community discussion forum for hosts and guests, not Airbnb customer service.

If you are trying to report these issues to Airbnb, you have to contact customer service directly.
