I have submitted a date change request, but it hasn’t been sent to my guest to accept. Do these usually take more than a day to process?
A change request is immediatelly sent.
How do you know it has not been sent, did the guest informed you not having received it ?
She was looking on the Airbnb site and hadn’t checked her emails - all sorted now. Thank you
