Response time

Hello Hosts!

Have you experienced slow response times by Airbnb?  I have a 7 day rental that is waiting to receive the special offer I sent 4 hours ago.  At this point I am losing revenue my guest wanted to check in this evening.  Is there anything else I can do to get this rectified?  I have called but they say this is turned over to their special teams.

@Jana938 - Airbnb just laid off 25% of their employees. There's a pandemic at large.

If you can fix your problem without asking for their help, I'd do that, perhaps by issuing a refund of sorts.
