@Debbie992 If the guest completed the cancelation process, the terms of your cancelation policy have already been applied. The confirmation screen notifies them how much of their payment will be refunded. There is no "deposit" charged - only the room rate and fees. You don't have to do anything here, because you're not directly handling the money. If the guests are confused, it's probably better to advise them to contact Airbnb customer support rather than add to the confusion.
The remaining payout that you're due will be transferred to your account after the originally scheduled check-in date.
