I have a question. As a host I wonder how someone can rank you 5 ⭐️ On all six categories but give you a 4 ⭐️ Rating. 
It would make sense that if the person if marking everything as perfect then the final metric should be representative of that. Anyone have an answer as to how this works?

The overall rating is a separate category totally independent of the subcategories. Much more can go into an overall stay over than just cleanliness, communication, check-in, accuracy, location, and value. There are probably plenty of times too where hosts receive one or two 4 stars, for say cleanliness or location, but are still rated with a 5 star overall. You could ask the guest what wasn't exactly perfect about their stay to help you improve. Chances are it is something that you don't like much control over.
