SECURE DEPOSIT DOES NOT HAVE ANY USE and the host guarantee is very limited and your claim is never accepted , most of the time

that is the most stupid joke?

You set up a secure deposit but HOST can not  use it so what is the purpose to ask for a SECURE DEPOSIT ?

You make a claim agains the guests for any property damages make for them, so airbnb resolution center said doesnt qualified for the host guarantee,

then you ask for make the secure deposit cover that damages, and airbnb said "secury deposit neither cover that" so secure deposit is useless, does not cover anything, even if you have it set up for guests  to accept it when made the booking,  it does not work for nohing, period

what is the problem with airbnb? why airbnb does what they want with hosts  in order to keep  guests happy

You are posting in a forum of other hosts and guests  not Airbnb. @Fernando1561 

It's not to true to say they don't pay out under their guarantee most of the time, but they don't make it easy .

They also pay out under their security deposit - if they feel it meets their criteria.

make a claim, let say : guests bring pets and they  make some damages or guest took something

host guarantee won't  cover that

secure deposit neither that

if the claim was not accepted by host guarantee it will never beE accepted by paid for the secure deposit, NEVER EVER
