Score card for new content policy

So...the new content policy. Each break from relevance is done by an internal score card...which case managers go over.

So they are doing literary analysis for a guest experience...to see if it happened or not...while having next to no knowledge of the guest experience.

And name calling and profanity counts as 1 point. But 1 point doesn't automatically remove the review.

I take this as we as host and guest can now called each other names and curse words publically, as long as we tie the rest of the review to relevant to our experience.

This seems to be Airbnbs biggest blunder with reviews since they temporarily stopped removing star count with reviews.

Do other host think this is correct?
