Sell hotel reservation

I see air bnb does not allow selling and transfer of a hotel reservation. Any tips on the bat place to sell a hotel reservation?  I’ve got a holiday inn resort in Destin booked next month and can’t go. Thank you

@Jimmy346  If your booking went through Airbnb, you're SOL. Those bookings can't be sold off or transferred to someone else - you have to adhere to the cancellation policy that was clearly displayed to you when you made the booking.

If you wanted to have the flexibility to get out of a booking that you couldn't turn up for, hopefully you were smart enough to buy travel insurance with a CFAR benefit. Otherwise, I don't think anyone can really help you here. Life's lessons can get expensive.

Nothing to do with Air BNB, just looking for reputable place to sell it. I can cancel the reservation no problem, but the value has quadrupled since I booked it. So looking to sell. Appreciate anyone’s help or experience with this.
