Selling Airbnb

I am selling my Airbnb in the East Bay of San Francisco area. I have seen some threads where there is not much help relocating guests. Does anyone have experience with this?

Anyone interested in a 4 br 3 ba fully occupied Airbnb?

Hi Ted.  Where is your place located.  Still looking to sell as an Airbnb place or are you marketing it generally now?

@David1589  There is no such thing as selling an "Airbnb place", because you can't sell an Airbnb business. Listings, ratings and reviews, and already booked guests are non-tranferable, so all you would be buying is the house, and perhaps the contents, to be used as an Airbnb if you desired. So buying a house which has been used as an Airbnb isn't any different than buying any house. You have to start from scratch with a new listing.
