Smart pricing algorithm not set well

Maybe is because I set a price too low at the beginning, but now smart pricing suggests a ridiculously low price for an entire apartment in the city center. How can I reinitialize the algorithm?

Hi @Emanuele210 

You can set your minimum price - and any discounts for longer stays.

Ignore the airbnb price suggestion - the algorithm takes in consideration other properties, but they have no idea about any amenities and if your house is  "basic" or "luxury".
