We have a non-smoking room, and we’ve had a guest stay 10 days when he left we found it he had been smoking in our room. How can we get compensated for having to totally wiped down clean the carpet and sanitize the whole room because of the cigarette smell. We only had one day before our next guest was to arrive. What do I do?

I've successfully claimed for smoke 'damage' in the past (dry cleaning etc). Good luck.
Airbnb DOES NOT cover smoking damage.
