… and we aim to please! 😂
I was hoping for a bit of snow, since the beautiful autumn leaves had just fallen. And it started snowing a couple of hours before their check-in on Saturday.
I just hope this young, Dutch couple don’t think this is too much ”Swedish nature” for their long weekend in Stockholm.
They just went out for the day, guess I should hurry up and clear the guest house porch before they return!
when I see that I am going to mad I want to live that.

Ahh I love this @Trude0 ! I spent a lot of time in Stockholm for work back in 2018 but never got enjoy the colder months. Thank you for sharing! I also went up to the Ice Hotel in Kiruna for a launch event - sadly this is one of the only pics I can find atm
Blessimo, Looks like you have had some real winter wonderland weather in Sweden @Trude0
That's because some Swedes think feeding a guest creates a sense of obligation, explains Tellström. And in a society that values equality and independence, people don't want to put a burden on someone or feel like they owe someone something, he says.

Cannot believe my luck right now…
After my 1 year break, I don’t rank highly in searches.
But the ”Weather Gods” are certainly helping me.
Almost all of the snow from a few weeks ago, melted away.
My next guests (Germans), asked if there was any snow left, or chance of new snow.
The weather forecast showed no snow.
But yesterday (check-in day), I woke up to this.
Almost enough to make me religious. Almost.
