Strict Cancellation A Problem?

Strict Cancellation A Problem?

Greetings,

We recently changed our Cancellation Policy from "Flexible" to "Strict with non-refundable" and we haven't had 1 new booking since.

I was wondering if the "Strict with non-refundable" is a turn off to guests? Have any other hosts find their bookings have slowed drastically with this policy?

Thanks!

as a traveller in corona time it is for me. I am going to paris for a couple of weeks and i found two perfect places.

I choose for

the one with flexible conditions because in times of corona it is unpredictable.

@Shalimar4   I would encourage you to try either the firm or the strict policies, but not the ones that are non-refundable.  You are an inexpensive listing, and your ideal guests may not be able to afford a non-refundable booking.  I use the firm policy, and I have had no last-minute cancellations that have cost me money.  Good luck!
