Can guests receive full refund if cancel after 48 hours of booking, as long as its before 14 days prior to checking in?

Full refund on Strict policy, has to be done within 48 hours of booking, PLUS there has to be at least 14 days before check-in.

After 48 hours, PLUS as long as there is at least 7 days before check in - 50% refund. (nb if the guest has only paid half the total booking fee then decided to cancel, they won't get any of this payment back)

Cancel within 7 days before check-in - no refund.
