Sub rental of accommodation.

In this last month it has happened to me on more than one occasion.
What can we do to prevent our property from being Reserved and subletted?
It has Airbnb. Any tool to avoid these cases?
In my country the practice of subleasing is prohibited. Except for a specific clause.

@Jose-Antonio42 Just to be clear on what your question is: your concern is that someone will book one of your 4 Airbnb listings, and then create a new listing to rent it to someone else?

@Jose-Antonio42 It is unlikely someone could make money subletting an Airbnb listing and it is not allowed per the rules but to make it even harder for them make sure you have a strict cancellation policy.
