Claiming a $100 super host coupon… this was awarded to me on 5 January 22 and now does not appear in my coupons tab… help greatly appreciated

Thanks for you response, no I didn’t get anywhere trying to get my coupon so booked a stay and paid for it, shame as earned a superhost coupon the previous year but unable to use due to covid, any help will be greatly appreciated in getting my coupon please Emilie.
