Is the Superhost hotline no longer in existence? I have been trying 855-424-7262 but get a beep and then disconnection. I have been unable to solve a problem online - repeat guests who say my listing is turned off when it does not show this to me.
@Eileen27 I think that hotline has been retired! Try contacting @airbnbhelp on Twitter. You can send them a direct message and they will ask for your name and the email address and phone number associated with your account.
In the meantime, I found your place by going to your Airbnb profile, so it is definitely live and available. Is it possible the guests have put in dates that are already booked? Either way, I would send them a link to the listing they want. Since they are returning guests, you can include links in your messaging with them.

Thanks! I have not tried Twitter yet, and I'm glad you were able to find my place. Fingers crossed they were just checking a date already booked. Have a good season!
