Support Ukrainian hosts with your Superhost Bonus

Dear Anyone who has just been awarded a superhost bonus.

Sadly the war in Ukraine continues and is set to get even more brutal as Ukraine regains territory from Russia. Many around the world are suffering the consequences in higher fuel and food prices but none of us is suffering to the extent many Ukrainian hosts are.

Why not continue to show support to Ukrainian hosts and book a place to stay in the next few weeks. In my opinion there is no better way to use your $100 bonus.

@Quincy I wonder if you could get an update from Airbnb as to how many bookings have been made in Ukraine? I seem to remember about a year ago it stood at $16m or so.

I've used my last two SH bonuses to book places in Ukraine @Mike-And-Jane0 

For anyone else considering this look for hosts with a small number of listings with reviews from before when the war started.

sadly there were quite a few scammers who set up listings after the war started to take advantage of hosts like us who are donating their SH vouchers

@Helen3 Thanks for this tip. I've been sending a percentage of my payouts but didn't know how to select properties for non stay bookings in Ukraine. I'll try your method.

@Mark4752 Thankfully you won't as Airbnb doesn't have listings in Russia because they respect the damage caused to Ukraine by this regime.
