I’m a super host. Recently my 91yr old mother asked me to come home and help with my sister who is dying from heart disease. I’ve had to cancel 3reservations in August. When I canceled I explained the reason for cancelling. Airbnb is charging me $100 in fees. This fee is going to be taken out of my next payout. With everything going on (last minute cancelations, extensive cleaning), I feel like canceling my listing. I’ve reached out twice to support. A specialist is suppose to contact me. I have a guest coming in 5 days!
