HELP,
it’s been over 24 hours that my account has been suspended WITHOUT any notice or explanation.
I’m a superhost with 2 successful listings and an rating of 4.8
When calling the help line they say they can’t see what it is due to but that another team is on it and that I will be contacted by email : BUT NOTHING, whereas I receive other Airbnb notification so it is not a problem with my email.
I am at lost. My whole income is based on this activity and I’m a single mum!!!
if anyone has an idea how to reach Airbnb or any other suggestions,

Your account is not suspended, but your two listings are (temporary) suspended (they are not in the search system anymore).
Useally a host will know the reason, as something might happen:
- complaining guest or neighbours
- violations of local law, rules
- payment outside Airbnb
- safety/security issue
etc..

Problems I have no clue what the issue could be. Is it in the Airbnb contract that they can suspend without any explanation or notice?

I doubt it. The Woostock listing is not suspended: it is just not available so I blocked the days.
And even if that was the issue: why don’t they contact me and ask me?
Im totally open to adapting to any recommandations they have but I need to know what led them to suspend.
I’m going to switch to booking.com, they leave me no other resource. In the end it will be their lost.
Communication is key. They should know it in the business they are in.
Just really sad cause I have been an Airbnb customer since the really early days and felt part of a community.
But it is too serious and dangerous what they are doing to me now. I don’t have the finances to sit around and wait….

Having two accounts is a violation of Airbnb terms.
Not sure if this is the reason for suspension, but you exposed yourself here by using two different accounts.
Contact Airbnb again and ask for clarification of the suspension.

I have contacted Airbnb repeatedly since I noticed the suspension. The person I get on the phone says they can’t see what the problem is since it’s another team dealing with that and that the “suspension” team will get in touch by email: but nothing no email nothing.
