Temporary Suspension not so temporary

My listing has been suspended for more than 45 days and I can’t get any updates from customer support. I am only being told to wait for an email from another department or to create a new listing, which doesn’t seem right. When can I expect to have this other department contact me and have my listing relisted? This is beyond frustrating due to the lack of communication and responsiveness from Airbnb.
