Beware hosts, if you sustain any damage and you have another guest check-in before you submit a claim, you are SOL

@Denise1223  Sorry this happened to you, but that policy is clear in the info about making a claim. 

Not saying it's a fair policy, it's quite inconvenient for hosts, but if you read the policy for claiming, it isn't a surprise that you have to follow a certain protocol.
